We provide a refresher training program for nurses who are experienced and those who are planning to work in a clinical setting in India / abroad, as well as build their overall professional personality.
Eligibility:
- Nurses who are currently working in hospital settings
- Qualification of either GNM / B.Sc / M.Sc
- Goal to enhance skills and knowledge for self-promotion
After completion of the course the participants will be able to
- Demonstrate safe, effective care consistent with current standards of practice.
- Perform a complete health assessment.
- Identify current nursing trends and their relationship to nursing practices.
- Demonstrate an understanding of pharmacological principles and sound nursing judgment through the safe administration of medication.
- Demonstrate an understanding of commonly used laboratory tests as part of the assessment process.
- Utilize effective communication skills with clients, families and staff.
- Recognize legal issues related to professional nursing practices.
